As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to Service and Parts employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our customers. While partnering with managers to improve process and procedures to improve performance.If you are passionate about training and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and help us ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.*Candidates must reside in one of the following markets:Northeast (Mass, NH, Maine markets)West Coast (CA or NM markets)Develop and deliver training programs for service and parts department employees, technical training, customer service training, and ongoing professional development.Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans to address those needs.Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.Participate and contribute to our acquisition team.At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of service and parts department operations and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.Professional certification in training and development is a plus.High School Diploma or equivalentTravel 50%Located in either Northeast (Mass, New Hampshire or Maine) or West Coast (California or New Mexico)*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment* If you are in alignment with our values of integrity, transparency, professionalism, teamwork and respect - now might be the time for you to accelerate your career as part of the best company in automotive retail.
