Join our team today!Job Summary: Department of Behavioral Health at Essen has immediate opening for part- time and full time LCSW Responsible for providing direct patient care in outpatient as well as Nursing home facilities. Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary team at Essen. All sites have strong participation with Essen Health home care coordination, with potential innovative pilot projects. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible to works with Behavioral Health Team with and offers compassionate, patient centered, evidence-based psychiatric care.Responsibilities include:Assessment of patients referred by Primary Care Provider (PCP) using evidenced based assessment tools.· Treatment of behavioral health conditions using evidenced based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activation).· Make treatment recommendations during collaborative care team meetings· Monitor treatment through care planning and coordination of care with clinical team and health homes.· Provide crisis intervention services and risk assessment of patients as needed.· Engage clients with limited utilization of behavioral health service through outreach efforts.· Document services in a timely fashion.· Provide clinical supervision and/or consultation in the absence of the Clinical Manager.· Engage in semi-monthly clinical supervision with the Clinical Manager.· Engage in team meetings and case conferences as needed.· Provide Field Instruction to MSW students, when appropriate.Job Requirements:LCSW LicensureMaster of Social Work Degree from an accredited institutionAbility to utilize behavioral health screening tools and perform biopsychosocial assessmentsAbility to utilize electronic health records for documentation of clinical services and review of relevant health data.Communicate clinical information in a succinct and comprehensive way to integrated care teams, inclusive of PCP, NP/MD, and Health Home Care Management staff.Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSalary: $80,000-$90,000Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.
