We have found that the chromatin remodeler p300 is under-expressed in disease cells of many ATLL patients due to loss-of-function mutations and additional mechanisms. We already have preliminary data for a hypothesis driven story but need to generate more data to complete this NIH-founded project.Responsibilities The research technician C will perform a moderate number of simple and moderate technical procedures including tissue culture, drug toxicity assays, DNA/RNA/Protein sample preparation, RT-PCR, Western blot, simple flow cytometry (less than 4 colors), and chromatin IP/cut-and-run.
