The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.Safely instruct client or team through an effective training sessionProvide quality customer service to all clients and potential clients, regardless of skill level, appearance, or otherwiseEnsure client safetyCommunicate effectively with the supervisor through phone, email, or in personEnforce all program policies and procedures as it pertains to the sport development programEnforce all building policies and procedures and assist as needed during emergenciesAttend all sport instructor and necessary all-department staff meetingsSafely instruct effective, creative sport practices or private lessonsProvide quality customer service to all participants in class, regardless of fitness level, appearance, or otherwiseCommunicate effectively with supervisor through phone, email, or in personEnforce all program policies and procedures as it pertains to the sport and programEnforce all building policies and procedures and assist as needed during emergenciesAttend all necessary meetings and trainingsOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certificationsLeadership and supervisory abilitiesEntrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasmExcellent organizational, and written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyKnowledge of standard practices in recreational sportsAbility to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestylesCompetencies:Technical CompetenciesProficiency with sport knowledge and coaching techniquesProficient with developing plan for continued growth in athletes’ skillsHuman Relations:Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors.
