Director of Sports & Adventure (Seasonal, Full-Time)

DIRECTOR OF SPORTS & ADVENTURE (SEASONAL FULL-TIME)The JCC Abrams Camp is currently seeking a Director of Sports & Adventure who is responsible for creating, managing, supervising, and executing the overall sports & adventure program. Ensuring a fun, safe, and dynamic program for children ages 4-15 years old. This position works directly with the Camp & Program Director and Director Creative & Performing terested? Minimum Qualifications: JOB DESCRIPTION:Create & implement sports & adventure programIdentify current trends and innovations in the field and on the courtLead, teach and supervise all sport & adventure activitiesTrain staff to effectively run activitiesRun sports & adventure activities as neededRainy Day PlanningOrganizing special events (color war, etc.)Oversee maintenance and care of the athletic facilities, equipment, and fieldsConduct Staff EvaluationsMaintain positive relationships with campers and staffKnow, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with the JCC Abrams Camp.
