A global pharmaceutical company located in North NJ seeks an Associate Director-Contract Operations who will be responsible for supporting operations, business matters, and must have experience with chargeback, rebate, and membership. This hybrid schedule is three (3) days remote and two (2) days in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The base salary is $175K- $180K with benefits, 20% target bonus and LTI (additional cash). Primary DutiesThe Associate Director-Contract Operations will lead activities such as membership review, chargebacks, and rebate processing. This position will analyze and interpret implications of commercial contracting decisions and provide suggestions/alternatives as appropriate. Provide oversight for all documentation and procedures in function, as well as being the key contact for internal and external audits. This role will report into the Director, Government Pricing and Contract Operations and collaborate across all functions. Additional responsibilities include the following: Lead the Contract Operations team ensuring timely and accurate review and processing of claimsServe as a subject matter expert supporting internal and external business partners on pricing decisions, contract strategies, Gross-to-Net requests, and Business Development initiatives.
