Learn more Responsibilities: Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach; Lead project teams in design and execution of analyses to test hypotheses and improve client commercial effectiveness; Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings; Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues; Lead analytical projects that utilize statistical modeling (regression, clustering, media mix models, etc.) and AI/ML (Neural Networks, GBM, Genetic Algorithms, etc.); Effectively summarize analyses or research outputs to clients and ZS teams, highlighting insights and presenting outcomes using Excel, PowerPoint, ZS's proprietary software, among others; Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas; Participate in business development; Contribute to internal firm activities; Coach and mentor junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline, such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Engineering or relative work experience, 6-8 years of relevant work experience with evidence of strong digital analytic work; Knowledge of analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar website performance analysis in user behavior is a plus as well as experience with marketing technology and tools (Google Analytics, AEM, SFMC, DSP, CDP, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory; Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising, disease awareness campaigns, and physician-targeted marketing. Demonstrated experience in digital and TV analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements; Proven experience in data analysis and modeling, preferably in the media analytics or consumer analytics domain; Proven experience in analyzing digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing; Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads, showcasing proficiency in tracking and optimizing online marketing efforts; Knowledge of CRO principles and practices to improve website conversion rates and user experience; Previous work in analyzing TV advertising campaigns, including evaluating audience reach, frequency, and media scheduling; Understanding of TV media buying and planning processes, including the selection of optimal time slots and channels, and ability to integrate TV analytics with digital and other marketing channels to provide a holistic view of advertising effectiveness; Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
