Bartender

The Bartender is integral to the guest experience and provides beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Bartender will service beverages at the facility and provide a high quality service-oriented environment.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:1-2 years of bartending experienceMust be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipesMust have strong customer/guest orientationOrganized, able to work well in fast paced environmentMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableResponsibilities:Maintain a professional appearance at all timesMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other suppliesMaintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipmentAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedCollects payment for drinks servedGreets and provides immediate attention to guestsLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer spects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedAdhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guestsImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
