In addition to the timely compiling and reporting of insurance data, other related duties include discussing data reporting quality and results with reporting entities; monitoring and implementing regulatory changes that impact data reporting; filing corrections to data to avoid regulatory fines; addressing data reporting issues that arise in our proprietary data reporting system; monitoring and resolving errors and issues with reporting proof of coverage on Commercial Auto policies to individual states’ Department of Motor Vehicles. The selected candidate will be responsible for having familiarity with data specifications across various Commercial and Personal Lines of Business including WCPOLS, WCSTAT, IDC, DCI, Medical Data Call (for Workers Compensation), NY Disability, ISO (for Commercial Property & Casualty), and TICO (for Homeowners & Personal Umbrella).Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word. Excellent computer skills are required. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must, as is a sense of organization and prioritization. All candidates should be strong in math and have the flexibility to work on multiple projects with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to work with many people across different teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred. All applicants should have at least three years of experience with reporting data in a compliance driven setting. Candidates with experience in reporting Workers Compensation policy information and/or unit statistical reports or familiarity with are strongly encouraged to apply!
