The Infatuation is expanding our marketing team with a focus on key regions including New York.As a Regional Marketing Manager in The Infatuation (CDJ), you will develop and execute local marketing campaigns for specific cities across the country. As part of our growing Marketing Team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and potential new audiences in each city, and work closely with the regional Social and Editorial teams to help us achieve our city-specific and company-wide goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly detail-oriented, with experience in community marketing and project management. Strong familiarity with The Infatuation brand, and a passionate and discerning eye for food, culture and current events is preferred.Job responsibilities: Create and cultivate a growing community in key cities through a local marketing strategy including community outreach and restaurant partnerships Support local marketing efforts through the development and execution of tool kits enabling turn-key local activation at the city level Set project timelines, oversee asset creation and multi-channel messaging, and connect the dots between all stakeholders on Social, Editorial, Restaurant Relations, and Growth Marketing teams Bring fresh, unique ideas to each of the city teams and lead brainstorms, ideation and creation for regional campaigns - get creative Work closely with creative and social teams on asset ideation, production, and publishing and oversee all marketing, from creation to execution, for each city across social, co-marketing, newsletter and other channels. Monitor the overall marketing budget, and allocate budget to specific initiatives. Track efficacy of different marketing channels, and adjust the strategy in real time to create the most impactful campaigns Deliver marketing reports to key stakeholders, summarizing campaign results, key findingsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3+ years experience in marketing, dining, or community-building Outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic relationship management, and demonstrated collaboration skills Team oriented individual with solid communication skills including experience presenting to cross-functional teams, copywriting and managing communication with stakeholders Excellent project management skills, you're detail oriented and thrive in tight timelines and are familiar working in tools like Asana and Dropbox Creative, demonstrating a strong understanding of our brand identity and voice, and are full of innovative ideas and fresh perspectives You have an understanding of geographic-based consumer segments, and can cater strategies to an individual market's unique needs Experience with digital platforms and tracking conversions via CTAs and against specific growth goals Some travel is requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field An interest in restaurants and dining, and love of building a community
