Then come join the S:US family!S:US is seeking a licensed Social Worker for our Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center at 2862 Fulton Street in Brooklyn.Social WorkerSupportive Crisis Stabilization Center Educational Requirements: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT (Required) Salary:Minimum Salary: $75,000.00/Yr.Maximum Salary: $80,000.00/Yr.Essential Job Functions: Provides clinical treatment in accordance with scope of practice and regulations governing 14 NYCRR (Part 600 regulations and other applicable laws and regulations).Actively monitors the integrity of consumer data; responsible for the reliability and accuracy of clinical data housed by SUS' Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management software; documents all services in accordance with SUS policies, NYSOMH regulations and all relevant federal laws; maintains the strict confidentiality of consumers currently engaged in or formerly a recipient of treatment services.In coordination with relevant members of the SUS management team, conducts limited outreach and marketing to potential referral sources internal and external to SUS; active liaison with community service providers, hospitals, and other prospective referral sources is may be required.Coordinates care with SUS nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and administrative staff; closely coordinates with clinicians external to SUS as appropriate.Provide individual and group therapy (Mental Health & Substance Use D/O)Provide Crisis intervention as appropriateMake community referral recommendations as appropriate to (LOC) level of careUtilizes best and evidence-based approaches to treatment consistent with SU5' organizational culture; health/mental health integration, trauma-Informed Care rehabilitation and recovery, Culturally Responsive care and wellness approaches figure prominently.Job Requirements:Master DegreeLMSW,LCSW,LMHC,LCAT RequiredHigh degree of computer literacyAbility to work some late evenings including weekendsExperience in an crisis / respite/ residential settingFamiliarity with recovery-oriented, evidence-based clinical practice preferredExperience with dually diagnosed individuals preferredDemonstrated experience with diverse populations (Adults/Youth/Children)Availability to provide services in a 24 hr crisis oriented settingBi-lingual Spanish preferredBenefits Overview:We offer attractive compensation with comprehensive benefits including: Medical/Dental/Prescription/Vision/Life Insurance; 403(b); Credit Union; FSAs; Short-and-Long-Term Disability; Transportation Plan; Generous Paid Vacations and Holidays.
