With a focus on quality and technical excellence, our team of highly skilled professionals provides end-to-end services to clients across the United States.Our seasoned apparatus service technicians lead and perform testing, maintenance and repair of low and medium voltage circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, motor control and other electrical apparatus in the shop and in the field.Provide technical capabilities for testing relays, circuit breakers, transformers, motor control equipment, and related switchgear in the field, including synch check, point-to-pointPerform and lead a crew in the field for testing/maintenance/repair of breakers, transformers, switchgear, motor control and associated equipmentEnsures proper preparation and documentation for site projectsHelps evaluate department talent base, identify training needs, and recommend effective action plans for meeting performance expectationsIdentifies and secures equipment needs for shop/fieldProvides daily site summaries for site work in coordination with assigned project managerProvides weekly production status reports to project management, operations managers, and Service AssistantMaintains an understanding of the technical side of company core business needsAttend and contribute to project kickoff meetingsSupport budget adherence on projectsContinuously instructs and trains othersSupport the sales effort by assisting with labor estimates and job walks when necessaryRemain current on all safety and technical training3-5 years’ related experience in power plants, industrial services, primary power distribution and related protection and control schemes.Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial power systems experience.Licensures and Certifications: NETA 2, 3, or 4 preferred.Education: High School DiplomaReference and complete assignments as described in applicable specifications.Perform regular field work both indoors and outdoors.Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, business acumen, management ability.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.Qualus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
