Job Summary: Analyzes complex business processes, data, and stakeholder needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise business systems. Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, disseminates high-level concepts into details, distinguishes actual needs, identifies root cause of problems and creates logical and innovative solutions.Responsibilities : Learn the business processes and be the subject matter expert on processes related to the operations team you support Develops a basic understanding of customer needs from a business and technical perspective Learn to define business requirements and how to lead a project through implementation. Provides basic front-line functional support of enterprise applications. Conducts basic validation testing. Works with System Validation, IT, and/or Quality teams to ensure proper testing of defined functionality. Serves as a liaison between business areas and IT. Leverages technology tools and knowledge of systems to improve physical and information flows. Conducts root-cause systematic failures and drives internal or external corrective action activities based on results. Ensures compliance with quality system requirements and safety procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership. Operations Information Systems (OIS) -Specific Functions: 1 Creates and maintains business systems core, master, and configuration data per business requests or via change management processes and performs systems audits as needed to ensure data integrity. Supports business systems projects to successful implementation, collecting and acting on process data as available. Executes and/or edits test cases as required. Executes systems user and access training per defined process. Other duties as assigned by management.
