As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through assisting in the daily execution of all banquet and dining functions at the property. Previous Food & Beverage experience is required.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays. This includes competitive compensation starting at $16.00 per hour ($18.50 upon completion of training) plus banquet gratuities.Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, camaraderie, and dining room management.For more information on our open opportunities, apply todayResponsibilitiesPerform the correct policies and proceduresAssist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely mannerProvide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte diningEnsure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requestsResponsible for serving clients during events (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.)Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisorEducation and Experience RequirementsMust have 1-2 years of related experience in F&BKnowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor lawsMust have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experienceMust be highly organized, efficient and detail-orientedMust have exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsMust have strong service orientationWorking ConditionsPhysical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending and scoopingThe employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and handsThe employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.Use of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areasSpecific vision abilities include close, distance, color and peripheral vision and depth perceptionNoise level is typically moderateWork extended hours during golf and holiday seasonWork weekends and holidays
