Summary: More than 3 billion people use our messaging platforms to stay in touch with friends and family, anytime and anywhere. Our team is building out B2B marketing capabilities to help organizations of all sizes and segments implement the full range of Business Messaging solutions through WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram for their core customer engagement use cases. Today, much of this business is managed through our partner ecosystem, a group of technology and reseller firms that lead their own marketing, sales, implementation and success programs with these enterprise clients, with support from Meta.The Partner Marketing Manager will design and execute demand generation programs and campaigns with and for the Business Messaging partner ecosystem. They will work broadly across all partner types and Business Messaging solutions to execute campaigns at scale that drive goals that are aligned to the overall Business Messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert on B2B demand generation and can work to design campaigns with partners that drive strong and measurable results. A successful candidate for this role is energetic and works well with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders. They understand the key elements to B2B demand generation including messaging, content development, channel activation and measurement. Required Skills: Partner Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Execute marketing strategies for the Business Messaging partner marketing program that drives growth and demand for partner solutions. Create and deliver partner facing assets to support these demand generation programs. Ensure programs are measurable and measured. Work with data and operations teams to communicate requirements and build these into execution plans. Proactively provide updates to key cross-functional partners. Provide subject matter expertise on B2B demand generation for internal and partner stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of work experience in designing and executive B2B demand generation programs and campaigns. 5+ years experience building organic (email, web, social media) and paid media (paid social media, display, media partnerships) plans that drive revenue and pipeline based objectives. 5+ years experience in messaging and content development for B2B demand generation campaigns. 3+ years experience working with SaaS partner ecosystems. Demonstrated understanding of B2B campaign measurement and reporting. Demonstrated experience working with international and regional marketing teams, both internal and partners.
