Trusted.The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate and Naval Warfare Centers. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy, directed energy programs, and providing Dahlgren B40 Sensor Systems support expertise across the entire acquisition Life-Cycle from concept exploration through sustainment of Navy Radar Systems.You will serve as Senior Radar Engineer and a highly qualified adviser providing direct support to NSWC Dahlgren B40 Division providing Sensor Systems expertise across the entire acquisition Life-Cycle from concept exploration through sustainment of Navy Radar Systems.You must have the ability to be onsite part time in Dahlgren, VA and travel domestically (<5%).Required Qualifications:At least a Bachelor’s degree in the STEM field of study and 15 yrs experience, Master's degree in STEM field of study and 12 yrs experience, or Ph.D in STEM field of study and 8 yrs experienceMust hold and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in Radio frequency HW design and/or fabrication, knowledge of antenna engineering, or demontrated knowledge of signal processing and Electronic Protection.Program/project level engineering experience in major sensor systems
