Summary: Honeywell has an excellent opportunity for a Lead Business Process Management Analyst in our Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) organization. In this role, you will work with various functions / businesses globally to support the Data and Analytics leader and drive process improvements with digital transformation. Primary Responsibilities + Support Data and Analytics, functional process excellence leaders to conduct process transformation workshops to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. + Engaging directly with executive leadership at the GBE, functional teams to capture business problems, collect functional and non-functional requirements, analyze, document and map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. + Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to establish relationships and ensure dependencies, opportunities and risks are identified. + Prepare and facilitate process mapping workshops, develop optimized future-state designs which would address top gaps, standardize/simplify operations, improve productivity & performance. + Facilitate alignment across businesses/functions, document rules, decisions and actions. Analyze and model processes, data flows and business rules utilizing BPM framework, methodology and tools (Signavio, Celonis), identify opportunities/makes recommendations for improvement. + Design/automate process KPIs, analytical insights & proactive alerts. + Drive process data quality leveraging process mining tools to ensure process adherence. + Facilitate project meetings, including meeting schedules and summaries. + Deliver 'right and fast' results in a matrix environment, build trust & relationship with key stakeholders and a network of peers. + Participates in all phases/activities of the project life cycle to ensure that the project deliverables meet the user, functional and operational requirements. + Document key performance metrics, benchmarks, target objectives, etc. + Drive accountability with all teams for task execution. + Interface with senior functional business leaders, program managers, subject matter experts and front-line team members across the organization. + Responsible for leading training sessions to facilitate adoption of the process across the organization. + Become a sought-after enterprise BPM expert, share best practice in "community of practice", bring up capabilities of + BPM practitioners in businesses / functions. + Mentors teams at various levels while executing end-to-end initiatives. YOU MUST HAVE + Strong understanding of ERP, CRM systems. + English proficiency. + 3+ years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and change management to drive significant business results. + 2+ years' experience modeling processes and business rules utilizing Business Process Management (BPM) tools. + 1+ years' experience in project/program management including process re-engineering/improvement projects, leading workshops for initiatives across process areas, functions and business divisions. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. + Ability to effectively document and communicate business process & system requirements across all levels in the organization. + Strong Digital, Data expertise. Comprehensive knowledge in specific process areas like Q2C, pricing, digital supply chain etc. + Excellent communicator, self-starter with minimal supervision. Strong Honeywell behaviors with ability to engage and work with executives and their staff. + Strong process orientation-Black Belt, MBB or Lean Expertise. + We encourage self-starters who are proactive, analytical, and collaborative problem-solvers. + Strong communication skills with both functional and technical teams. + Ability to drive action, deliver results, with agile approach on large business process improvement projects. + Significant experience in leading individual contributors and driving action through influence. + Ability to travel globally as required approximately 15-20%. + Comfortable with developing solutions in ambiguous environments. + Experience working in a highly matrixed organization in a global environment. + PMP certification is a plus.
