Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing TechnicianThis position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ 5-7 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferredResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair problems in such areas as HVAC, Plumbing, Major Appliance, Boilers, water features (pools, spas etc.) & Waste Management Systems (a plus)Assist the Maintenance manager with organizing & prioritizing the property workloadMaintain, Track & Order Inventory as neededInstall or replace hot water tankMust be able to use plumbing appropriate tools & capable of solderingAssist with any other tasks that may be needed at the propertyQualifications5-7 years experience in a related fieldHighschool diploma preferredAbility to read, write & speak EnglishAbility to communicate with all staff members in a professional mannerIn return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement.
