We're currently seeking Full Time Residential Cost Estimator for our multi-family portfolio of propertiesto work at our corporate Hqts in Piscataway, NJSummary of Job Description:The Residential Cost Estimator will be responsible for working closely with the Move Out Specialist team to determine and facilitate the procurement of materials needed to make apartment dwellings, move-in ready. The Residential Cost Estimator will receive materials lists during the apartment turnover process and facilitate the ordering of new or replacement materials.
