Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. While in this role, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing and measuring group performance against productivity and operational efficiency guidelines. Responsibilities You will lead a team of highly skilled technical resources supporting a critical geography and customer install base in the South Central Area including Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of departmental results for the U.S. South Central Area through successful direction of their technical staff within the department. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring high quality and productivity guidelines are established and met by your team. You will be responsible for understanding and communicating business strategies of the Oracle Support Services organization. As a manager, you will prepare and present employee performance appraisals on a regular basis. You will always be prepared to act as a company spokesperson to outside customers regarding their needs and inquiries. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $95,400 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
