Marketing Growth Enablement Executive ADP is searching for a strategic marketer to help lead vital growth initiatives within our Marketing organization, specifically focusing on data, technology and measurement. This role will partner across our marketing and technology teams. Successful candidates will be highly organized and have a great understanding of marketing technology, data, process creation/improvement, and agile workflows. He/she should be comfortable leading complex initiatives from start to finish independently and thrive in a world of ambiguity. About the Role: Plan and execute large global cross-discipline transformational marketing projects in an effort to grow sales. Partner with our marketing and technology groups to develop our future marketing technology and data capabilities. Lead the development of our next-generation attribution initiative, helping produce greater measurement capability for our marketers leading to better investment decision-making. Assist in developing an agile product management approach to both our data/technology roadmap as well as within our marketing analytics function. Help lead the development of analytical processes including tracking, system standardization, data flows, and dashboards. Support the creation of a centralized marketing analytics documentation hub to enable greater knowledge transfer. Enhance workload request process by designing and launching prioritization scoring. On an ongoing basis, evaluate and recommend new data, techniques, technologies and/or channels to generate incremental sales growth. #LI-CS5 About Your Qualifications: Bachelorí¢€™s degree 12+ years of relevant experience Excellent verbal, written communication and relationship-building skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly matrixed environment Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence in a matrixed team structure across a broad range of internal partners and contributors Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented Have an intense intellectual curiosity to learn, trying to figure out better ways to do things and grow results Significant Marketing and Sales technology background Certifications in PMP or Six Sigma is a plus Role is Hybrid out of an ADP Office. The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The salary range for this role is $90,800 - $184,200/Year Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
