Technician 2Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor, Depot, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 2, Depot is responsible for upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from moderate to advanced complexity levels.What We DoWe calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. Provides assistance and support to Technician 1 and Imaging and Installation Tech as possible.Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.Degree requirementsAssociate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experienceCertificationsCompTIA A+ Certification and/or Network+, Server+, etcRequired CompetenciesTechnical apptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with abiltiy to create a document or simple spreadsheetStrong knowledge of and the ability to identify components and software used in computersTechnology troubleshooting and mechanical skills.USD $21.63/Hr.USD $27.04/Hr.
