Job Description As an Office Coordinator, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawNormal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs. This position also requires on-call responsibilities.
