Construction and Maintenance Worker

Boggs Municipal Services, Inc. seeks a municipal construction and maintenance team member for full-time employment. The following experience and qualifications are desired:Ability to handle and install ductile iron and schedule 80 PVC plumbing.Experience constructing and maintaining water pumping and sewer lift stations.Ability to perform maintenance on mechanical equipment associated with water and sewer infrastructure.Ability and willingness to work as a team player and perform different tasks as needed on job sites not mentioned above.Although not required, experience with small and/or medium-sized excavation equipment is a plus.A valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to our liability insurance company is required. No DUI within a minimum of three years.A Class-A CDL is desired, but not required. This is not primarily a driving job, but occasional equipment movement and gravel hauling is needed. A candidate with a Class-A CDL and other relevant qualifications may negotiate a higher hourly rate.A well-qualified person who only seeks part-time employment will be considered.
