Role: Dealership/Automotive Operations Data Specialist Contract Duration: 5 months (Possible extension but no permanent potential) Location: 3 days onsite/week in Irvine (will transition to fully onsite in the future) Compensation: $35.00 per hour (based on level of experience) This person will be communicating with those at HQ-Korea so must be fluent speaking in Korean and English. Requires dealership and/or automotive industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Monitor dealership operations across three main categories: Branding Compliance: Ensure dealers meet the OEM's brand identity requirements in their facilities. Digital Tool Utilization: Track whether dealers are using digital kits, touchscreens, and other interactive tools to showcase trims/specs. Customer Satisfaction Tracking: Evaluate results from annual JD Power surveys and internal customer satisfaction surveys. Monitor feedback from nearly all vehicle sales and track trends in customer experience. KPI Management & Documentation: Utilize MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to track and document KPI data (90% of the job involves documentation). Dealer Engagement & Follow-ups: Conduct weekly and quarterly check-ins with dealers to assess performance. Collaboration with Kia HQ in Korea: Strong bilingual skills (English/Korean) preferred for communication with headquarters. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-3 years of experience in dealership operations, automotive retail, or a related field. Prior experience in data analysis within an automotive setting Must understand dealership operations and how dealers manage branding, sales, and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required for KPI tracking and documentation. Fully onsite availability is required as they may transition to it in the near future. . .
