Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is focused on maritime and employment law, although we are open to candidates from any litigation background and will provide specialized training in these areas. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills and will be able to collaborate effectively with both junior and senior team members. While the position offers flexibility with remote work options, occasional onsite presence is required. Top 3 Candidate Requirements: 4+ years of defense litigation experience (preference for maritime law experience, but not required). Strong legal research and writing abilities. Must be flexible to occasionally come onsite. Fully remote may be considered for the right candidate. Job Details: 3-8 years of litigation experience preferred. While maritime or employment law experience is not required, prior litigation experience in any area is necessary, and we will provide training in maritime and employment law. Lunch is provided daily at both office locations.
