Job Title: Director of Youth MinistriesLocation: Freedom Baptist Church (FBC), Ayden, North CarolinaReports To: Senior PastorPosition Type: Part-TimeJob Summary:The Director of Youth Ministries is responsible for developing, expanding and nurturing all aspects of theyouth ministry at Freedom Baptist Church (FBC). This role involves engaging youth in Christianinstruction, fostering a sense of belonging, and providing opportunities for spiritual growth. Incollaboration with the Youth Committee, the Director of Youth Ministries will ensure the ministry'seffectiveness and alignment with FBC's vision and values.Key Responsibilities: Expansion of Ministry and Program DevelopmentEngagement and Involvement with youth and their parents.Provide spiritual guidance for the youth.Conduct assessments with the Youth Committee to evaluate and improve theeffectiveness of the youth ministries. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree intheology, ministry, divinity, or a related field preferred.Experience: Experience with youth ministry and involvement in church activities.Leadership: Leads by example and holds strong interpersonal, organizational andproject planning abilities.
