We're looking for a passionate individual to fill our shipping/receiving clerk role and to join 1 of our 12 locations located in Kentland, Indiana where we work together to continuously improve the bottled water industry. What you'll be working on The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will ensure that all necessary paperwork and steps have been properly completed for outgoing shipments as well as incoming receipts. Scheduling dock appointments for incoming and outgoing shipments may be necessary. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is also responsible for performing inventory cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and entering daily inventory transactions. The shipping/receiving clerk will also be responsible for ordering pallets, labels, label glue, gaylord bags and shrink wrap. * Print all paperwork required for customer order shipments, including pallet labels and load tags, and sales order copies. * Verify that all orders have been loaded properly and print bills of lading. * Ship orders in system and send any post-shipment ASN's as required by the customer. * Unloading/Loading of shipments as needed or required. * Assist drivers with the check-in/out process. * Cycle count full goods and raw materials. * Conduct daily production and inventory audits. * Plan and organize the raw materials assisting in the FIFO process * Assistance with maintenance part inventories may be required.
