Job Coach

Looking for a job coach to work with individuals with disabilities working as Growers (farmworkers) at A Farm Less Ordinary (AFLO). AFLO's mission is to create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help us get people out of their houses and into paying, meaningful jobs. Help us give individuals with disabilities the support they need and the respect they deserve as contributing members of our society and the producers of food and flowers. The Job Coach is a professional, experienced in helping people enhance their strengths and improve their working skills. The Job Coach assists Growers with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need help and guidance learning new tasks, staying on task, communicating appropriately and effectively, and improving job related skills.
