About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.About the Position:We are seeking full-time Vehicle Rail Loaders for automotive yards in the Vance, AL area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving vehicles onto railroad cars and securing them for transport. This is a full-time position on the day shift. Occasional weekend work is required.Responsibilities:Identify appropriate vehicle to be moved by using updated lists.Park vehicles according to specific guidelines.Adhere to all yard procedures and safety protocol.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work 8-hour shifts and weekends when scheduled.Valid Driver's License with less than three moving violations within three years.Must be able to work outside during heat, cold, and rain.All applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and pre- employment drug screen.#corefocus
