Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Be a telecom expert, crafting tailored telecom packages that meet each customer's unique needs. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements. Sales Pitch: Develop a persuasive sales pitch showcasing the unparalleled advantages of our products and services. Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied and retained. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales professionals to conquer collective goals. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous door-to-door selling experience, sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and comfort navigating CRM systems and other software applications.
