Our client is a growing CPG company with a close-knit team of approximately 200 employees. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations for the organization. This role is required to be onsite in Brooklyn, NY 5 days a week. $70k-$80k great benefits (fully paid for healthcare) Client Details Our client is a growing CPG company with a close-knit team of approximately 200 employees. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations for the organization. This role is required to be onsite in Brooklyn, NY 5 days a week. $70k-$80k great benefits (fully paid for healthcare) Description Process biweekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Administer payroll deductions, benefits contributions, and 401(k) processing in partnership with HR. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring clear communication and resolution. Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation and audits. Support HR with benefits administration, leave tracking, and other HR operations as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within payroll operations. Profile 3 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and compliance. Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with a customer-service mindset when addressing employee concerns. Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
