Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Be a telecom expert, crafting tailored telecom packages that meet each customer's unique needs. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements. Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion, showcasing the unparalleled advantages of our products and services. Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates. Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share insights, and create strategies with your fellow sales team members. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Always adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. A minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to work full time.
