Essential Duties: Services, maintains and repairs hot side equipment and cold side equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.Service & maintain refrigeration systems such as: reach-in refrigeration, walk-in refrigeration, commercial ice machinesService & maintain hot side food service equipment such as: ovens/ranges, fryers, steamers, dish machines, grilles, exhaust fans, etc.Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in commercial food service equipment and refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring; services systems or components; repairs or replaces worn, damaged, or defective mechanical spects and tests systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions; inspect systems to determine if they are operating properly.Adjusts system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system; adjusts equipment to ensure optimal performance.Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.Operates company vehicle; maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
