We are seeking a National Sales Representative for Business Development to play a crucial role in expanding our company's market presence. key aspects of this position:Core Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying and qualifying potential clients (prospects) across the nation.Utilizing various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events, to generate leads.Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.Sales Presentations and Proposals:Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Developing customized proposals and contracts that address the specific needs of each client.Negotiating terms and closing deals.Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.Providing ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and offering solutions.Market Analysis and Strategy:Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Providing feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.Reporting and Tracking:Tracking and analyzing sales performance against targets.National Travel:Frequent travel is a must for this position. This is to visit clients, attend conferences, and participate in other business development activities.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in business development or sales, preferably at a national level.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.Relationship Building: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
