For more information, visit or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier About the Role The Demand Planning Lead will be responsible for transforming North America HVAC aftermarket demand forecasting. You will collaborate with senior management and other functional leads to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. You will partner with stakeholders across functional teams to capture all inputs to the consensus demand plan to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting models and methodologies are implement Key Responsibilities Enhance advanced statistical models that are based on historical consumptionIntegrate data inputs from customers to elevate accuracy in the monthly consensus forecastUtilize install base analytics from Carrier equipment to proactively identify shifts in customer requirements for service parts and accessoriesLiaison with our planning software vendor to modify processes and configure demand planning toolsPrepare all demand data and metrics for cross-functional weekly S&OE sessionsSupport monthly demand S&OP with analysis and data insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or SKU demand Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in data-oriented disciplineStrong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experienceAbility to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in aftermarket demand planningStrong forecasting and data capabilitiesAdvanced abilities in Microsoft Excel and database softwareExperience improving demand and planning applications#LI-OnsiteRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
