For more information, visit . is an equalopportunity employer. SUMMARY This person is a member of a shipping/receiving crew thatcoordinates and expedites the flow of materials for production. You will movenecessary materials to and from a production staging area to support individualdaily work orders and shift schedules. Responsibilities:Lives the  SafetyStandard and meets all safety requirements. Safety is a condition ofemployment.   Participates in plant TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)initiatives - completing activities associated with TPM tasks. Reviews production schedules and related information andconfers with shift supervisors to determine material requirements to be staged.Issues/requisitions and/or transfer materials fromwarehouse.Compiles and maintains computerized records such asmaterial inventory, in process production reports and status and location ofmaterials.Operates a forklift to assist in loading and or movingmaterial and products. Requirements:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safetyrules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Perform daily check list for forkliftMinimal of two-three years of forklift experienceDemonstrate the ability to effectively communicate. Can and is willing to make decisions. Knows the chain ofcommand to get support.  Regular attendance on site and the ability to rotatevarying shifts.
