Counter Staff

Pretty Cool Ice Cream is looking for bright and enthusiastic team members for both our ice cream shop in Logan Square and Lincoln Park! Our counter staff is excited and knowledgeable about our hand made product, and assists guests through storytelling about our hand crafted process and our innovative flavors. Available shifts are afternoons and evenings through out the week and on weekends, availability during all those hours is a must.  Employees will need to be comfortable with alone at times.  Summertime shop hours are 12pm-11pm. This is a seasonal position. Employees must be able to work Memorial Day through Labor Day. Maintaining cleanliness and managing inventory are key responsibilities as well as providing warm and welcoming hospitality in an inclusive setting and managing guest relationships.  Interest in workin festivals is plus. Having a food handlers license is a plus.  Obtaining a food handlers license within 20 days of employment will be required.
