Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Center Locations: Carmel, Castleton Area of Indianapolis, Fishers, Noblesville, West Indianapolis, Central West Indianapolis, Greenwood, South Indianapolis (Franklin Township Area), Terre Haute, Richmond, Vincennes, Jasper and Northern Evansville, IN. Job Description: Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must be board certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a philosophy for a team work environment. Job Responsibilities: BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients Collect and analyze ABA data by the BCBA Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions Collaborate with families and other providers Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians Possibly supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable) Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree per certification level BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA certification by the BACB Quality technical skills and passion for quality services Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Organized and flexible Excellent time management skills Ability to work with electronic data collection software Job Benefits: Competitive Salary commensurate with experience and certification $3,000 Sign-on Bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance that is HSA eligible & Voluntary Life Insurance Coverage 9 Paid holidays and generous paid vacation days Up to 3.5% matching 401(k) plan Wellness Program, Health Coach, EAP Program Half-Day Fridays leave early work Incentive program 2 work from home days per month Quarterly BCBA collaborative meetings with CEU opportunities 2 Specialized Behavioral Units Living in Functional environments (LIFE) program for preteens and teens Early intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) based clinics for patients 6 & younger Internal Behavioral review committee 3 Senior clinical directors with over 60yrs of combined ABA experience 3 clinical directors with over 20+ years of combined ABA experience At least 1 paid conference per year We are an ACE CEU provider that offers multiple diverse opportunities throughout the year 16+ free BACB CEUs per yr offered internally Monthly Journal club to review research articles No Non Competes Individualized training and support from other Behavior Analyst and other specialized clinicians Moving financial assistance available Pay Range: $61,600-$74,800+, depending on experience To apply, please submit your online application, along with your resume.
