KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, implement creative business, and technology services for U.S. Federal government clients. Develop and execute methodologies (e.g. Agile) and solutions specific to the U.S. Federal government sector. Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management. Handle engagement risk, project economics, planning / budgeting, account receivables, and definition of deliverable content to help ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels. Define approaches to support the product management lifecycle. Lead project planning, develop and maintain project management plans to include capacity planning and sprint execution monitoring / reporting, and evaluate projects from a technical stance, helping to ensure that development methods are correct / practical. Develop Agile program management standard operating procedures and tools to provide program / performance management reporting across multiple portfolios on planned milestones, dependencies, and risks. Manage the day-to-day interactions with client managers and actively establish and maintain client relationships at senior levels. Provide risk and dependency management and reporting across multiple work streams. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience with project / program / portfolio management; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred. Experience providing project management services supporting IT development to Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies. Experience with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, technology components. Experience with IT project management and Agile methodologies (SAFe/scrum) with direct professional experience delivering Agile IT projects. Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred, or other Agile collaboration tools. Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship.
