Site Manager - Car Wash ($1,500 SIGN ON BONUS) $20 to $28 per Hour. Monthly Bonus up to $500.00 (Up to $6,000 per year). Plus, other incentives. Benefits: Flexible working hours. Paid Vacation time. Bliss Car Wash is looking for an EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER to join a growing team. The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including site upkeep, guest service, and membership sales, as well as training a positive team. An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest care is essential for this role. This position requires adherence to all guidelines, including company policies and local, state, and federal compliance. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage site team and maintain a clean, efficient site. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Schedule site team and ensure adherence to the schedule. Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on programs and building guest loyalty. Provide daily direction to the team and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary. Train on-site open/close process and ensure full operational capability during business hours. Provide strong, positive leadership and hold team accountable for performance. Give corrective actions when needed, following company policy. Train the team on product knowledge and membership program. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Perform weekly inventory on consumables. Train the team on monthly product inventory and ordering consumables. Oversee after-hours site cleaning according to the schedule. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Job Qualifications: Experience: Experience in car wash, retail, and guest service industries is preferred but not required. Knowledge: Must maintain the highest level of service. Ability to adapt to a high-volume retail environment. Must take initiative when problems arise. Flexibility to adapt to various situations. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Willingness to work at other locations as needed. Ability to improve staff performance through motivation and training. Leadership Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to lead and support team goals. Working and Environmental Conditions: Works mainly outdoors and occasionally indoors. Exposure to equipment fumes and cleaning solvents. Temperature and conditions may fluctuate. Exposure to noise and vibration. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for long periods. Requires clear speech in English. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to operate all related equipment.
