What You Will Do: Develop and implement a compelling education strategy that aligns with and amplifies the Pulp Riot brand strategy. Drive brand engagement with the Pulp Riot Artist Network and manage the educational budget. Collaborate closely with Global and US Marketing teams to identify and develop US education content and curriculum. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of pro advocates and educators. Oversee the deployment of Pulp Riot educational programs across various platforms. Develop and implement training programs for internal and external educators. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, salons, and schools. Manage and optimize the educational budget. Track, analyze, and report on key educational metrics. Stay abreast of the latest haircolor trends and integrate new developments into educational programs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align educational initiatives with overall business strategies. Required Qualifications: Licensed Cosmetologist with extensive experience in hair color. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a haircolor education role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging educational programs. Strong understanding of digital learning and social media. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel, which may be significant at certain times of the year (40%). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with a distributor network is preferred.
