Head of Investor Relations

Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for all capital raising activity and maintaining key partnerships for Figure. This includes pre-marketing, primary capital raises, annual secondary capital raises, investor materials and demonstrations, and building/maintaining investor relationships. Responsibilities: Responsible for all capital raising strategy and execution Includes pre-marketing activity, primary capital raise, and annual secondary capital raises Includes all investor materials and datarooms Includes all capital raising contracts (side letters, equity raise documents, LOIs, etc.) with legal function support Includes constantly generating new investor relationships and maintaining current relationships Includes presenting financial information (quarterly statements, financial model, commercial model, etc.) and technical engineering information (build of materials, supply chain, AI policies, etc.) Responsible for key partnership relationships This includes investors who have scope of relationship outside just investing such as suppliers and other vendors Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of capital raising experience At least some of this experience should be with earlier stage companies (pre- or minimal revenue companies) Experience presenting highly technical information (engineering, AI policies, etc.) Experience presenting financial models and other financial materials Experience relationship building and maintaining Bonus Qualifications: Engineering background, either hardware or software Experience in deeptech hardware Apply for this job #J-18808-Ljbffr
