Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java Architect/BA. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Organize and schedule regular calls with technical teams, developers, and other stakeholders to discuss complex systems, services, and applications. Flow & Component Diagrams: Design and develop flow diagrams (data flow, process flow) and component diagrams that visually represent system architecture, processes, and software components. Ensure clarity and coherence in architectural diagrams. Technical Information Gathering: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify business, architecture, and system design related information to complete the diagram. Architectural Overviews: Take a lead to get the final diagram approved. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills Experience in Java, software architecture, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and authentication mechanisms. Proven experience in creating detailed flow diagrams, component diagrams, and other system design models. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and development lifecycle. Ability to work with complex systems and break them down into clear, digestible visual representations. Good analytical skills & understanding of software architecture concepts. Good coordination skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly (iDesigner / Jive / AWS Console look up etc). Prior experience in Information Security domain will be a plus. An understanding of Cloud architecture will be a plus. Knowledge of technology security controls (Authentication, Authorization and Encryption of data, Single Sign On, Data retention/deletion etc.) will be a plus point. Experience using diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io) and UML modeling techniques will be an added advantage. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
