Purpose of Position The Experience Manager will support leading the continuous evolution of luxury in aviation - responsible for the research, recommendations, and implementation of future strategic business opportunities for the Global 5 Senses team in the US and Europe. Such opportunities include onboard service items and consumables that elevate the Owner experience. This role is critical to assist in finding those products and services, helping to further elevate the transformational and unique "Only NetJets" experiences onboard our aircraft and throughout all Owner Touchpoints. Tasks and Responsibilities Research, innovate, and provide creative opportunities, and implementation of the selected service products. In close coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders, execute the evaluation and testing of the recommended items. Evaluate current products and services for potential elevation to further enhance the NetJets onboard experience. Work with the Global 5 Senses team to help build strategy, plan, and project execution for selected projects and initiatives. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key members of teams in the US and Europe to create cross-departmental collaboration. Monitor the current international luxury market and hospitality sector for ongoing and future trends globally making recommendations for enhancements and further educating the teams on this research. Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the NetJets organization to ensure a brand that is consistent and holistic through the implementation of Global 5 Senses initiatives. Work in close collaboration with the Onboard Product Specialist, Commissary and Procurement department to build strategic relationships with current and potential product suppliers. Provide support in understanding the overall supply chain process in the US and Europe. Education Bachelor's in Hospitality or Marketing Years of Experience 4-6 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality and associated brand operations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Expertise in organizational and change management processes. Cross-industry knowledge to apply diverse perspectives to strategic initiatives. Proven ability to secure buy-in and acceptance from stakeholders at all levels. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional creativity and curiosity to explore and implement innovative solutions. High attention to detail to ensure precision in planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives. Proficiency in monitoring the progress of initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Self-motivated with the drive to take initiative and lead projects independently.
