We are seeking an Office Operations Manager with Executive Assistant capabilities who thrives in a dynamic, high-ownership environment. If you love organizing chaos, making things run seamlessly, and ensuring leadership is fully supported, this is the role for you. What You'll Own & Drive: Operational Support & Logistics Be onsite twice a week to handle critical in-person tasks. Check and manage mail across 2 different locations 2-3 times a week . Keep things running"”stock the fridge once a month , order and set up onsite lunches/events monthly . Ensure smooth onboarding "”grant Slack access, oversee laptop shipments, track invoices and contracts, and make sure nothing gets stuck in limbo. Work closely with the bookkeeper to ensure invoices are approved and processed efficiently. Provide calendar support , partnering with internal teams to streamline scheduling. Track trademark management "”coordinate with attorneys, organize messaging, and maintain key clerical data. Greet and coordinate onsite visitors, board members, and occasional out-of-town guests . Own logistics for offsites, board meetings, and company events , ensuring seamless execution. Tech & Process Automation Bring a tech-savvy mindset"”help automate processes, whether it's setting up Slack birthday reminders or improving internal workflows. Support recruiting efforts , ensuring hiring teams have the scheduling and administrative support they need. Who You Are: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role. A go-getter who's proactive and resourceful. A grammar stickler with strong writing skills"”you'll need to communicate clearly and professionally.
