Supervisor I

About the role - you will: Complete production master build plan, solving problems, reporting results to Manager Plan resource and organize manpower to execute production schedules Provide manufacturing information by compiling, analyzing production performance Ensure Safety and Health regulations Monitor workflow compliance Ensure output meets quality standards Work with relevant departments (Planner, IE, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the work is successful as planned Provide data analysis summary/statistical problem solving and solutions on any testing related issues including product performance analysis About you: People management skills Problem-solving skills Good leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work across functional teams and collaborate effectively Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to drive initiatives and influence Computer skills, including presentation skills Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Interest in Vision systems Ability to deploy data science solutions in cloud analytics infrastructure and AWS Your experience includes: Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 8,000 employees.
