CenterWell Senior Project Manager Providence, Rhode Island Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Responsibilities involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; resolves operational problems, and minimizes delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers resources to complete the project. Prepares designs and work specifications; develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Communicates with other operational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate project status. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet targets and milestones. Begins to influence department strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, often working without direction. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience at the Executive Level Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Excellent presentation and communication skills Exemplary business analytical skills Ability to travel ( Preferred Qualifications Certification in Project Management Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $86,300 - $118,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
