Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize our innovative platform designed to connect you with qualified leads, allowing you to focus on meaningful client interactions rather than lead hunting. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial aspirations and insurance requirements, presenting tailored life insurance options to facilitate informed decision-making. Sales Presentation: Create compelling sales presentations aimed at both individuals and groups, effectively highlighting the unique benefits and features of our life insurance products, while addressing specific concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and services. Engage in regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention of policies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to strategically position our life insurance products and inform clients. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare routine reports for management review. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulations and company standards, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical practices. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel within your designated territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous. Life insurance license or the potential to obtain one (we will support you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
