Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Job Overview I am partnered with a client in the sports & entertainment sector, looking to hire a brand new Senior Manager, Surveillance! This role will be the first of its kind within the business, which presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to go in and play an integral part in building out a new department. The Senior Manager, Surveillance will oversee daily surveillance operations, ensuring the safety and security of all facilities, employees, and visitors. This role manages investigatory staff, develops security protocols, and ensures compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise surveillance personnel and investigations Monitor company property for security risks and policy compliance Develop and implement surveillance policies and training programs Oversee monitoring of monetary transactions and high-risk areas Detect and report criminal activity, including fraud and theft Collaborate with law enforcement and security teams Manage incident reporting and access control procedures Ensure compliance with federal and state laws Required Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience in a surveillance focused role - essential 3+ years of experience managing teams - essential Experience working with unions - essential Experience working in the sports, entertainment, venue or real estate sector - essential Willingness to work 5 days per week on-site - essential Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function General Business Benefits: Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
